This agreement applies to all customers purchasing prescription-only or controlled medications through UK Sleep Well, including but not limited to Zopiclone and Zolpidem. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. Who This Agreement Applies To
This Patient Agreement is entered into between you (the customer) and UK Sleep Well when you purchase any prescription-only or controlled medication through our website, www.uksleepwell.com.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms set out below. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with your order.
2. Your Eligibility & Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:

• The medication is for your personal use only. You will not share, sell, or supply it to any other person.

3. Safe Use of Medication
Before and during use of any medication purchased through UK Sleep Well, you agree to:

• Ensure you are aware of the potential risks, benefits, and possible side effects associated with your medication.
• Seek medical advice immediately if you experience any adverse, unexpected, or concerning reactions.
4. Ongoing Care & Communication
We strongly encourage you to:
• Keep your regular GP or healthcare provider informed about any medication obtained through our website.
• Review your treatment regularly with a qualified medical professional to ensure it remains appropriate for your needs.
